HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE! May you all have a happy, healthy and prosperous year! Arnel and I have started writing our goals, we aren’t quite done yet, there is so much we want to do this year, especially travel more. I have been thinking a lot about Arnel’s birthsay since it’s next month and he knows I can’t keep a secret from him for too long, so I told him I planned a trip to the west coast (whoops). But seriously it’s been in the works for a while now and I figured I would just spill the beans.

A few weeks ago I did an Instagram live and a few people asked where I get my style inspiration from, even though I have always loved fashion even from a young age I have a few style icons that I absolutely adore. I love the way Olivia Palermo mixes and matches textures and fabrics, the way Kate Middleton’s pure elegance and grace makes everything look divine and I have always loved Jackie Kennedy’s style, everything about her is perfect. Their styles are similar but yet so different. Jackie Kennedy is such a style icon, I love everything she ever wore, from her ankle pants (that I am obsessed with) to her elegant dresses and suits. The outfit I wore today made me feel a little like Jackie. I wore a black turtle neck from J. Crew, paired it with Ann Taylor Velvet Ankle Pants currently on sale for an extra 60% off, making them $28, seriously what a deal. I purchased them in a size 0P, they are a bit high waisted and depending on where they sit on my waist makes me switch between 0P and 2P. My Leopard Jacket is also from Ann Taylor, currently 60% off, I am wearing a size Small and honestly it fits great, very chic. This would also go great with a pair of white slacks and a black sweater underneath, very versatile. My Steve Madden pumps are currently 50% off, grab them while they are available. They also come in nude and red! I am wearing a size 6, I usually switch between 6 and 6.5 but with heels I stick to a size 6. My sunglasses are finally back in stock and I am so excited, these are seriously my all time favorite Tory Burch Sunglasses, they also come in a few other colors. My ring is in the color Smokey Quartz by David Yurman and my two tone link bracelet and cable twist bracelet is also by David Yurman.
Quick Family Update: Arnel’s uncle is doing well, he is still in ICU but making great progress. We are hoping he gets out in the next week!! Thank you all for your prayers and well wishes, we love you!!
