Joe’s Jeans, Nike Sneakers, California T-Shirt, Beige Cardigan, Sunglasses
Happy Monday from San Francisco, hope you all had a great “back to work” day! Arnel and I have been enjoying every minute of San Francisco, we have done so much walking that by the time we get back to our hotel room, we end up just crashing into bed. Pretty sure my calf muscles are getting the real work out especially with these hills. I made sure to pack a few comfy sneakers and the most comfortable pair are these Nike Roshe II, I purchased them a few weeks ago during a sale and you guys are in luck they are currently on sale for under $75. My sister is the one who got them a few months ago and when I tried them on, they felt like heaven, pure heaven! They have been my go to sneaker ever since (thanks sissy) and so worth the price.
Ya’ll the food here is AHMAZZINGGG, I have never been a huge out to eat person because I have such a weak stomach but this place has some of the best cafe’s and restaurants and can’t forget some of the best burgers. Today we had lunch at Rose’s Cafe; located on Union St. near the Marina District. I had the lavender lemonade which was absolutely delicious along with a mixed green salad and grilled chicken. I made sure to eat something light before we headed up to Pacific Heights and they don’t call it Pacific “Heights” for nothing. Those hills just about knocked me down, but it was so worth it. They have spectacular views of the city especially at the near by park, Alta Plaza Park. The homes are absolutely gorgeous, every other house had a large rose garden in an array of colors, best garden inspiration, now if only I had the budget for it. A girl can dream can’t she 🙂
It sure did get a bit windy, actually a lot windy, but my beige cardigan was perfect for the spring breeze (last seen here). I can’t forget my California T-Shirt (true to size, wearing a size small) that I picked up before our trip, it was just the perfect touch. My jeans are one of my favorite distressed Joe’s Jeans, currently under $80 (true to size).
Loving these classic Ray Ban Clubmasters, I have not taken them off, ever since I went polarized with sunglasses I can’t go back to anything else. Polarized sunglasses have made such a huge difference for my eyes, they also reduce the glare, if you haven’t given them a try you totally should I promise you won’t look at another pair of sunglasses the same. Also a shopping tip, if you purchase your sunglasses from Macy’s you get an extra 20% off on sunglasses, all you have to do is use your Macy’s card. Yes 20% off on every brand!!
We are headed to Napa tomorrow, can’t wait to do some wine tasting.
xoxo
