Hope you all are enjoying your Labor Day Weekend! Arnel and I spent the weekend with my in-laws, indulging in the last few days of summer. We are headed up to New York in a few days so I am using the extra day to catch up on some packing and getting some work done outside. Currently on the patio enjoying this breeze, what is everyone else doing on this beautiful Sunday?

Saturday was filled with great laughter, family time, a few delicious meals and a sweet evening stroll. I have been obsessed with this Faux Wrap Midi Dress from Charles Henry, it’s absolutely gorgeous on and perfect for dressing up or down. It’s a soft silk-like material with a slip underneath. I can definitely see myself wearing this dress with flats or booties for the upcoming cooler months. I went with Leather Lace Up Sandals that I recently purchased, the color is a cognac shade and pretty much goes with everything and anything. Will definitely be packing them for NYC for all the walking we will be doing! They are on sale with an extra 30% off; also come in red and black leather.

These casual looks are probably one of my favorites, I just love wearing dresses and pairing them with sandals, great for weekend wear, lunch dates, evening strolls or even work. It’s an easy and effortless way to look put together without spending hours browsing through your closet. As the night got cooler I ended up throwing a long gray cardigan over my shoulders, so chic, found this similar one here for under $30.

Arnel and I also filmed my hair tutorial yesterday, after a few giggles and hearty laughs I think we got all the filming completed, will be up this week, stay tuned!
