Happy Wednesday! Hope you guys enjoyed your 4th of July and celebrated with your families! Arnel and I actually spent the 4th of July in a pretty quiet manner, Arnel’s parents and our siblings actually went up to visit my parents! For those that are new around here, my sister and I are married to brothers(My sister is married to Arnel’s brother) and my parents get along so well with my in laws so it’s no surprise that they are all hanging out and left us behind. Just Kidding, Arnel and I are holding the fort down here in Atlanta and have tons of work to do.
I have been trying to share as many blog posts from Palm Beach, the more inspiration the better, right? I have also been loving all the maxi skirts this season and I love that these MDS Stripes comes out with the prettiest and most colorful prints! You may have noticed the one I wore here that I paired with a crop top. When I really love a brand or style, I tend to get it it in a few prints and colors which is why I ended up purchasing this Colorful MDS Stripes Skirt, it’s so perfect and I love the print, it’s fun, it’s bright and super flattering. I sized up in these skirts, wearing a 2 for reference! I also found a few similar skirts for under $110 here & here.
I ended up styling this skirt two different ways, had a change of tops mid day, which worked out quite wonderfully since this skirt can actually be dressed up or down, depending on your preference or your mood! In the morning I opted for this Wrap Top, which I have worn at least a dozen times already, worth every penny and it goes with absolutely everything.
On this particular day, Arnel and I ventured out for breakfast and to check out a few antique markets since everyone raves about them, while I didn’t purchase anything, it was so nice to get some inspiration for our future house (a girl can dream right). I was obsessed with all the art galleries, they have quite a few off of Worth Ave, while I love traditional pieces, it’s so fun to look at all the modern art from paintings to sculptures. After browsing through the all the little shops, we headed back to our hotel room to relax for a few hours while the rain drizzled in.
In the evening for dinner, I actually opted for something a bit more casual and comfortable, this J.Crew Perfect Fit Tee has been a staple in my closet, I have it in every color and totally obsessed with them. You are in luck because they are currently on sale! I am wearing a Small for reference and I promise they wont’ shrink so definitely pick your normal size. Their quality is truly amazing, you will end up going back for more. After dinner we indulged in some Gelato and took a stroll down to the beach to enjoy the breeze (was probably our favorite thing to do in the evenings).
