Navy Midi Dress, Leather Sandals, Lemon Bandana, Shell Straw Bag, Braided Belt
Summer days are here or at least in Georgia, the temperatures have been on a constant rise and the humidity has been through the roof. I could probably do without the humidity but I sure am loving the sunshine. Arnel and I have also been enjoying our walks in the park, especially tonight. Arnel is still recovering from his cold but he is doing much better, thank you everyone for all the at home remedies you all suggested. My sister has finally moved down and it’s her first week here and she is loving it, we have had lunch pretty much everyday this week and we are heading out of town for the weekend with the boys and we couldn’t be more excited to be so close again and making more memories.

I have been on such a feminine dress kick lately and I have loved all the midi dresses that I have added to my collection. The slimming silhouette and light fabric is just the perfect touch of simplicity yet elegant. This navy dress is one I wore a few weeks ago at Chateau Elan and I have wanted to wear it everyday since, but no really. This dress is perfect for pretty much anything, lunch dates, bridal showers, memorial day weekend; you name it! I am wearing a size 0 and it fits very comfortably. I also love the green version available at another retailer (sizes are going quick).
These sandals have to be my favorite flat sandals, they are so comfortable, light and the color goes with everything. I actually wore them to work this morning and got a ton of compliments on them. My brown braided belt is old but I found a similar version under $13 here. The bandana and or “neckchief” trend has been too cute to pass up and this lemon one is seriously adorable and only $12.50! I actually wore it as a headband in San Francisco and loved it.
I might be addicted to straw handbags and I can’t complain, this little shell handbag has been my go to with dresses; also very spacious on the inside. It’s a combo between a clutch and a satchel!
PS It’s our 2 year wedding anniversary next week and Arnel and I have a shoot planned that we can’t wait to share with you guys.
