The weather this past weekend was a total dream, I am sure anyone and everyone who lives in the south enjoyed the hint of spring and sunny weather, it felt like a spring day in January to say the least. The fact that just a week ago the temps were below freezing and we were snowed in and then out of no where we were gifted with 70 degree weather, truly delightful!
We woke up extra early and did as much stuff outdoors as we could, I almost got some plants but I think that would have been pushing it considering that it’s not quite time for gardening. Aside from enjoying the amazing weather, we checked out the farmers market, ran a bunch of errands, enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony and went out for an evening bike ride. It was a marvelous day, did I mention the windows were open the whole day! I got extra excited so I pulled out a bunch of spring clothes that I am eager to wear, like this look here.
A few weeks ago, I had ordered a few tops that I knew would be perfect for work as well as weekend wear, and this Rebecca Taylor Eyelet Top is one of them, wearing a small for reference. I love the detailed collar and exaggerated shoulders, it’s so feminine yet classic. I decided to pair it with this Club Monaco Skirt wearing a size 2 for reference. It’s also another perfect staple to have in your closet, it’s fun and flirty yet very wearable for work. I love that it also comes in a light pink, perfect shade for the upcoming spring. I also love this blue/white skirt, currently on sale with an extra 30% off, it would be perfect with the eyelet top for a weekend family get together.

Shoes have been one of my favorite things to order lately, I am definitely on a shoe kick and for a pop of color and pattern I opted for these Manolo Blahnik Slingbacks, I also love this nude pair by Steve Madden.
