The Perfect Books for Everyone

Happy Monday! Hold on tight as many of you might turn into major Book Lovers after this post. Before I became a Book Lover/Hoarder; I wasn’t very fond of reading. Growing up (middle school days)  the thought of reading made me cringe, yes cringe. Yes I still had to read a ton of books, do book reports, but I never truly found my passion for it until I hit high school.  I used to wonder, “how are all these people reading books FOR FUN?” Well that all changed when I started working at the front desk at an Assisted Living when I was 16, I mainly worked the weekends which meant 8 hours at a desk in dead silence. What do you do for 8 hours? There are only so many text messages you can send(I had a limit back in the day, no more than 1500 a month which was a family shared plan) and there are only so many conversations you can have, so you have to keep yourself busy by READING. Eventually reading became my oasis, my escape from reality and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Personally, I am a die hard Nicholas Sparks fan, I have read every single book, front to back and love them all! But don’t worry, I won’t sit here and recommend 8 Nicholas Sparks books, I would actually recommend them all, jk but no serously:)

(That Raffaello throw almost busted my lip, do not try it at home) 🙂

This was a tough decision, having to narrow down 8, but I made it happen and I hope you all love them as much as I do. Oh and please share about any new books you guys are reading, I am all ears!

1. And the Mountains Echoed – if you read A Thousand Splendid Sons or The Kite Runner, you won’t go wrong with this one.

2. Girl on the Train – page turner, talk about a psychological thriller, you will most definitely enjoy the suspense.

3. Outliers – Arnel actually read this book first and suggested I give it a try and I am so glad I did, so interesting, definitely makes you wonder.

4. The Silent Sister – read this just last week; just in time to post about it and highly recommend it for everyone (family secrets you can’t wait to uncover).

5. A Man Called Ove – it’s a heartwarming story, haven’t read a book like this in a while, the man reminds of Mr. Wilson from Dennis the Menace

6. Everything We Keep – Full of suspense and mystery, keeps you guessing and wondering.

7. See Me – I had to squeeze one in here by my favorite, loved this book and I am sure you will to.

8. The Storyteller – a story it is; currently reading this gem and half way done, keeps me guessing which is why I haven’t put it down.

I have linked similar bookshelves below since mine are currently out of stock, but they tend to be restocked every so often, so I will keep you all updated. I have also linked the picture frames & Bone China tea set since I got a ton of questions about where I got them.

xoxo
