Happy Saturday! Literally our Friday night consisted of attempting to take a nap for like 30 minutes but we ended up falling asleep like little babies. We woke up at 7am this morning and felt like a million bucks. That is when you know you have had a long and exhausting week, we didn’t even flinch.
I went out and grabbed brunch today with a friend at West Egg Cafe, if you haven’t been, definitely should, they have the best chocolate/strawberry waffles I have ever had. There is always a wait so make sure to get in early on the weekends. This afternoon, I ended up doing some shopping for our San Francisco trip that is coming up in 2 weeks, if you have been send over some suggestions, I am all ears. Also finally got a new denim jacket, can’t wait to share (thank you all for all the recommendations, you guys rock).
I actually wore this wrap dress out to dinner in Charleston. The ivory and blue floral print was perfect for date night out, great for dressing up or down. The dress has actually sold out, but they have the same style in a different print HERE. I have also found a ton of floral print dresses similar to this one below. Wrap dresses are great for accentuating the waist line and the floral print is a major trend this season and I am fully invested. You can’t go wrong this season!
I have a ton of things I need to do tomorrow (Sunday) so I am actually sitting up and writing my to do list, fingers crossed that it doesn’t rain like it said it would because then I won’t want to do anything. Rainy days are for sleeping in, breakfast in bed and a good Netflix series. We just finished watching Season 1 of Friday Night Lights and we are loving it, Arnel and I love finding shows that we both get into, we wont’ watch it unless the other one is there. Arnel is actually out celebrating a friend’s Bachelor night/party and I am sure they are just having a blast and I am over here just trying to refrain from starting the second season, whoops!
Back to working on my super long to do list 😉 someone help me!
