Summer will officially start this week and the humidity in Georgia is just getting started. Arnel and I took a stroll up through North Georgia Saturday evening before we went to a dinner party and it’s something we do a ton, especially after dinner (the strolls not necessarily in North GA). Not only is it great quality time but it’s nice to just watch the sunset, walk hand in hand and enjoy a refreshing lemonade.
Quite honestly can’t believe June is almost over but I am kind of excited because that means we are that much closer to head back to South Carolina. We are going to be in the Bluffton area the second week in July, so if you have any recommendations please feel free to send me a message or email, I would love to hear for you guys.
I may or may not have purchased this Polka Dot/Floral Print Dress in every pattern it came in, I just couldn’t’ resist. I love the fit and the light cotton material along with the adorable sleeves. The polka dots just take me back to the 50’s, the perfect vintage feel. The colors also make ait a great 4th of July dress, which is also right around the corner. Arnel kept telling me how much he loved this dress on me so what other justifications did I need?! It’s also currently on sale! I am wearing a size Small and it fits true to size, the XS also fits great since I tend to shift between the two sizes. I also found this adorable little dress for under $35 and how cute is this one for under $50.
These Banner High Heel Sandals have been on my wish list for a while but I kept waiting for them to go on sale so when they finally did, I made sure to get a pair. I purchased them in a 36.5 which is equivalent to a 6.5 and they are very true to size and also extremely comfortable. The soft stone color is the perfect neutral shade great with white jeans or dresses. They are also the perfect height; right under 4 inches, they also come in a 2.25 inch heel HERE. I will be the first to admit that I am very excited about the week ahead because it’s going to be a short one for Arnel and I, we took a few days off so Monday bring it on!
